This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Joseph Cutsinger Jr. who was born in Royal Oak, Michigan on January 3rd, 1988. He passed away on November 2nd, 2004 at the age of 16. His death was caused when a vehicle struck him while he was walking to a friend’s house one Monday evening. He is the son of Joseph Sr. & Phyllis Cutsinger and the brother of Joshua, Lyndsey, & Cody Cutsinger.
Joey was full of life. He truly had the best laugh, smile, heart, and personality out of anyone I have ever met. He was always giving and always wanted to make the people around him as happy as possible. He was such an amazing guy with a heart of gold. He always had a smile on his face, and he always managed to put a smile on everyone else’s face as well. He really enjoyed playing football. His first dream was to become a pro football player. His freshman year he was #64 on the Morrice J.V. Football team. He also enjoyed playing baseball and golf. He loved water skiing, tubing, riding quads, and playing games. Joe was always doing something wild or totally spontaneous. Joe also had a love for cars. He talked about them all the time. His favorite car was a Dodge Viper. He said that when he grew up, he would like to own his own muscle car lot.
Joey touched the lives of so many people. He had more friends than he realized and they all loved him and all miss him very much. No one likes that he had to leave us so soon, but we believe that Joey is a far better place making his dreams come true. We’ll be seeing that wonderful, bright, beautiful smile again one day. That one day, how beautiful it will be. Until then, we will keep him close in our hearts forever.
"To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world."
We love you and miss you!
